Cancellation Policy

Reservations and Bookings 2.1. Reservations must be made via the Club Rumours website or Call. 2.2. Reserved tables are held for up to 15 minutes after the reserved time unless otherwise. 2.3. Deposits made for reservations will be deducted from overall bill at the counter during billing. 2.4. A $30 Cancellation Fee will be placed if reservations are NOT cancelled at LEAST 24 hours in advance. Payment and Pricing 3.1. Prices for entry, drinks, and services are subject to change without prior notice. 3.2. Payments for online bookings are final. Refunds will only be issued in the event of an operational issue caused by the club. 3.3. Guests are responsible for securing their payment methods during the visit. 3.4. Payment for drinks will be made at the location. Code of Conduct 4.1. Club Rumours has a zero-tolerance policy for violence, harassment, or illegal activities. Any violations will result in immediate removal and reporting to authorities. 4.2. Guests must respect the staff, performers, and other patrons at all times. 4.3. Smoking and vaping IS NOT allowed inside or at the vicinity of the premises Safety and Liability 5.1. Club Rumours takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all guests. However, entry is at your own risk, and the club is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage. 5.2. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The club is not liable for lost or stolen items. 5.3. In the event of an emergency, guests must follow staff instructions and evacuation procedures. Photography and Media 6.1. Club Rumours reserves the right to take photos and videos during events for promotional purposes. By entering, you consent to being photographed or recorded. 6.2. Guests are welcome to take photos but must not disrupt other patrons or staff. Right to Refuse Service 7.1. Club Rumours reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or engages in disruptive behavior. Changes to Terms and Conditions 8.1. Club Rumours reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
